General Terms and Conditions of the company Laccone and Beiner GbR

§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions (1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text (1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://ourtraveltreats.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but rather a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired merchandise, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. (4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided on our website.

The ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Selection of the desired merchandise
2. Confirmation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
3. Review of the information in the shopping cart
4. Clicking the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout” button
5. Review or correction of the respective entered data
6. Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Place Order” or “Buy” button

Before the order is submitted bindingly, the consumer can return to the website where the customer’s data is recorded and correct input errors by using the “Back” button contained in the internet browser being used. Alternatively, the consumer can abort the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We will send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also access our General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://ourtraveltreats.de/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen-agb/. For security reasons, your order details will no longer be accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date (1) The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any additional shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

§4 Delivery (1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The delivery will be made within a maximum of 5 working days. The deadline for delivery begins on the day following the payment order to the bank instructed to make the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline will end on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer when the goods are dispatched only when the item is handed over to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price is fully paid.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount, which shall be in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
